ENTREPRENEURIAL BUSINESS MODEL

The business model centres on entrepreneurship with independent fund management companies owned jointly by Brummer & Partners and the managers of each fund. It has proved attractive to skilled fund management teams, who value our collective experience and solid infrastructure.

HISTORY

Brummer & Partners’ first fund, Zenit, was launched in 1996 as Sweden’s first hedge fund. From the start the founders had a clear idea of offering asset management with an absolute return focus, which at that time did not exist in the Swedish market. With Zenit, Brummer & Partners became pioneers in hedge fund management in Sweden, paving the way for an entire industry in the country. Since then the Group has evolved into one of Europe’s leading hedge fund managers.
